Walking Tours

Downtown:
Starting at the Visitor Information Center at 90 South West Temple, this self-guided walk takes you past the Salt Palace Convention Center to Temple Square. Just east of the square are historic landmarks such as the Beehive House and Eagle Gate, as well as modern attractions such as the Hansen Planetarium.

Salt City Walkabout:
This guided walking tour (tel: (801) 355 7008) covers the main streets and back alleys for a step back into the city's history (weekdays, May to September).
